IronMan World Championships
Six Psychos competed in Hawaii this year with Karen Smyers, a former Hawaii
winner, leading the charge at 10:36:15. Dede Griesbauer capped off a terrific
season by leading all amateur women through the swim and bike. The day was hot
and very windy, one of the tougher days in Kona over the past few years. See

Timberman Half Ironman
Karen Smyers returns to triathlon. In her first race after having a second child,

Chris Ramsey becomes the US Ironman M30-34 Age Group Champion, barely edging out Dave Nerrow as the first Psycho finisher. Several other team members put in inspired performances. See results!
